I have lived in Lyme Regis all of my life and i have started my first year at sixthform woodroffe in Lyme in september and i would just like to offer my services as a community member. If there is anything i can do to help please do not hesitate to contact me;
My friends and i are all great fans of Tolkien and his works and we were all amazed to see in the local newspaper that he used to stay in the cups, we would all be more than happy to help with anything you need.

As a student in The Woodroffe Comprehensive school for the past 5 years I feel it would be an immense loss to the community if we lost such an important historical and cultural link to our history. As everyone knows Tolkien is one of the most influencial authors in the course of history. It would be a shame to lose a link to something so incredibly simply through neglect and lack of attention. I truly hope that everything will work out alright and know that you have my complete backing in any venture you decide to partake in to ressurect this monumental part of our heritage.
